All you have to do is fill out the Form of Interest and send us as many photos as you can of your property.

Sparrow fully handles the registration and management of the property through the Airbnb platform, as well as the evaluation, communication and arrangements with prospective guests, their welcoming and reception service. It provides tourist guides to each tenant, as well as the perfect and constant control over the registration of your property *.
We also manage the cleaning of the house before and after the guests leave with a separate fee. We offer our customers complete solutions and thus the full maintenance of the property could not be excluded from our service packages.
* In addition to the rate on bookings in our service packages, there is a fixed charge for registering an Airbnb listing that includes professional photography and the tourist guide design and creation. To register your house on extra platforms besides Airbnb (TripAdvisor, HomeAway, etc.) there is an extra charge of 50€ per platform.

Once an apartment is ready for rent, we need approximately 10 days to complete all Airbnb registration procedures.

At the end of each month, you will receive the monthly statement based on your property’s bookings, as well as Sparrow’s service invoice. This way you will be in control of your income.
Airbnb verifies both the guests’ and hosts’ information for transparency and security. A profile photo, a confirmed phone number and a confirmed email address are required.
For extra security, we review the guests' history and verify their identity prior to booking.
Of course, you can. Just let us know about the rules you have set. We will add them to your property profile and we will take them seriously into consideration during the guests' evaluation phase.
The Full Management package includes check-in / check-out services. Once the guest's reservation has been completed, we will send him a thank you email with information such as the exact location of the apartment and what he should know about the port and airport distances, the cost of taxis and public transportation, routes and other useful information.
We keep in touch with him about how he wants to get into the house. Some guests prefer a key delivery to a neutral location, others want to receive the key from a lockbox while some prefer a personal contact and a guided tour. Whichever way they choose, we will help the guest in the best possible way.
At check-out, an employee of Sparrow is at your apartment to pick up the keys and check for any damage caused by your guests or due to normal wear and tear. We keep a record of the findings, we keep you informed and we arrange the repair or replacement, always with your approval.
Finally, a few days after the guest leaves, we communicate with him by email and ask him to write his impressions during his stay. Positive reviews are very important for the success of the property and future bookings, but even the least positive will help you improve the hospitality services even more.
There are no frequent accidents to Airbnb due to the effective control of the tenants' profiles. However, the host is covered for any case by Airbnb. The Host Guarantee covers up to $1,000,000 in the event of property damage, while Host Protection Insurance provides liability coverage of up to $1,000,000 for each respective entry. At the same time, it offers 24/7 support to the hosts.
Along with the insurance coverage by Airbnb to its hosts, Sparrow goes one step further to the protection of its customers.
