Sparrow collects and stores the personal data of customers / users who subscribe to its services. Personal data collected and stored (name, address, telephone, e-mail) are necessary for the provision of the agreed services and are not further processed.
Personal data of customers / users are stored on dedicated servers. Personal data will remain stored for up to two years after closing the customer / user account, to facilitate the re-use of Sparrow services in the future. If the customer / user does not wish to store his / her data after closing his / her account, he / she has the right to revoke this consent or request their deletion by written request.
Access to personal data is only available to Sparrow and its employees who are trained and bound by the privacy rules.
Personal data collected and stored by Sparrow are private and for no reason disclosed, transmitted or exploited by Sparrow or third parties.
Sparrow has taken appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data relating to customers / users.
Sparrow uses a brand-level SSL security protocol to ensure maximum security for the transfer of customer / user personal data.
Sparrow does not collect or store bank details in customer / user transactions by credit card. Transactions are completed in the partner bank environment. Sparrow does not collect or store personal data of customers / users during PayPal transactions.
